Great place to stay for a short time with an excellent price and location. Staff more that willing to help you and make you stay comfortable. Building is a little old but the hostel is very nice. Location is A+ for a good price

Excellent location, clean room, very helpful staff lighting in the hallway

Felt like price could have been less.

The location and the cleanliness of the property. Easy access to Reina Sofia, the Prado, the cathedral and the palace. Although the website includes references to, and images of, a reception area with a vending machine we were there for three days and didn’t see it! Which is odd…

Clean, nice staff and service. Great central location for walking. Very tight space. Noisy inside and outside.

Checking was smooth and easy. The staff were friendly and useful. The room was just right for a short term stay. The location was close to the tourist attractions and there were plenty places to eat nearby. The room felt a bit used up, but it was at an agreeable level.

Everything was fine there was nothing to dislike.

The room was perfectly clean, a great place to spend a night if you're having a short trip to Madrid. The location is perfect and very close to metro station. The staff was very friendly, and only after the trip I realized I was sent the codes to open the door by myself. The neighborhood is not silent, but anyway very nice. I am also not a great fan of spanish long pillows and blanket which is put over a sheet, but it was not a big problem for me.

Good location

Excellent location! Very convenient for the Prado and the museum of Modern Art and the Retiro Park, plaza Mayor (there is a bus too) and many restaurants and cafes All walking distance The deodorization of the “lobby” and the small space in the room. It’s a good thing we had a third bed to put our suitcases Also no amenities like coffee or a kettle for water in the room or a fridge

Good service. Good room. Centric, and good service.

The location was within walking distance to the train station, subways, bus stops, and many sites we wanted to visit while in Madrid. The hotel felt very secure, and the room was comfortable and clean.

Everything was nice

Value, location, comfort, willingness of staff to accommodate me, responsive I always miss a kettle but knew there wasn’t one when i booked

It was difficult to find because there is no visible “75” on the building, not uncommon in Madrid. Once found, it was very convenient to the museum area and Royal Palace. Room was small as advertised but okay for a small person like me. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, a good place for budget travelers in pricy Madrid! The lack of a number and clearer signage.
