Very clean room All about good

The property was clean, secure, and near interesting spots such as Plaza Mayor and Gran Via, taking you through scenic routes. Our room had a view from the balcony which was an added joy. There was no refrigerator in the room, and there was a language barrier with majority of the staff. The surrounding area was mostly made up of bars, so as we were traveling with kids, there weren’t many family friendly options. Also, there was no convenience store or grocery store nearby.

Great hotel! It is clean, and the staff is kind. There are several good restaurants around the hotel. You can easily get to the airport by taking a bus located next to the post office; it is just a short walk from the hotel. The downside is that if you arrive before 9 AM, the hotel is closed, and you must go to their partner hotel, which is three or four blocks away. It’s not terrible, but I wondered why I hadn’t just booked the other hotel in the first place.

There is very basic/limited services. The bed mattress could be better. No fridge. Very limited space.

This spot was incredibly comfortable for our family of 4. The location is absolutely perfect right in the middle of bustling restaurants and bars, yet the rooms were perfectly peaceful and quiet. We didn't hear a thing from the busy streets outside!

Excellent location. Clean, roomy enough for two parents and their college aged kids. We loved it!

Hotel location is exceptional, right in the middle of everything worth visiting, and just a few steps from Puerta del Sol Room size

The location is perfect for a group of friends, there are lots of pubs right in front of the hostel. The rooms were well equipped, the towels were changed daily (10+ for a hostel to do that). The main attractions were at 10-15 minutes walk.

Nearby city center, restaurants etc... + friendliness of cleaning staff Room next to elevator (noise). Smell in toilet (sewage). Sorry to say that the person at the reception (not cleaning staff) was not friendly with us.

Nothing

Very good location! close to a lot of restaurants and public transportation. It was clean and quiet. The people in the reception were friendly and welcoming. They cleaned and tightened the room every day. The shower was very splattering and there was water on the entire bathroom after anyone took a shower. Pillows are a bit uncomfortable.

Extremely noisy, it was impossible to sleep. We could hear the AC from other rooms and the water pipes all night. The bathroom door is super light, doesn't close correctly, and therefore, there is no privacy. The bathroom didn't seem to have a fan or extractor, so the whole room got humid after showering, and it was too cold to leave the balcony open. They charge for using the safe.

Comfort Would have liked a small fridge and a blower. I don’t usually use a blower but it was cold.

The property is simple, clean and very well located. The staff was friendly and it’s a calm, charming neighborhood with plenty of restaurants.
