The staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated that they allowed me to check in around 12:30 even though the official check-in time was scheduled for 15:00 . This was very helpful and made my arrival much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would be happy to stay here again.

The place is centric. The place is decent, but the internet signal is very poor. They need to get something better.

Property was nice and felt very safe. Front desk staff was there 24/7. Super cute neighborhood. Beds were comfy and bathroom seemed newly remodeled. In the description, they said that there would be remodeling going on but there would be no disturbances. For a couple hours during mid-day there was loud banging, sounded like a hammer hitting concrete for hours. As I was trying to relax in the room after a long morning, the sound was very irritating and unbearable. The hotel walls are SUPER thin so you can hear everything, including people walking in the hallways. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend.

Bathroom had some updates You could hear everything through the walls and doors so it was hard to sleep. The wall plaster broke off when we leaned our backpacks against it. The WiFi didn’t work 90% of the time

The position very convenient to the center and the university. The bed was comfortable I suggest to change the toilet paper as the one provided is low quality:)

A very basic hotel in an excellent location for early morning bus departures. The room was small, clean, functional.

    The location is really good!

Dirty, too hot. loud and small Everything was so dirty, we even found insects in our bed...that'a a terrible place, 75 euros for a bad place. It was too hot, very dirty, and also loud. The window is on an internal space, you don't even see the sky.

Locations good, only problem was the beds underneath each had a 2inch think layer of hair/dust Only realised when I dropped something & it's rolled under the bed, kinda nasty & why you wouldn't move the beds around when cleaning room? Who knows. That said the staff were lovely, the location is good if you're Madrid centric just weren't the sort of place/city for me as you're limited to bar food or pay high prices for very sub standard food. but I definitely felt safer here than I do in London so it's does have some benefits but this is just my critique of the city. Hotel was okay & probably the best value/quality option.

Close to Moncloa and Arguelles station.

  • Engine customer Jan 2025

It is close to both arguelles and moncloa station. The room looked dirty, there were bugs which made me feel scratchy on my arms and legs. The chair looked dirty and there were stains on it.The cupboard looked old, dirty and broken. The electrical socket on the wall was broken and was coming out too- I felt scared of being electrocuted. When bathing there was hot water for around 5 to 10 minutes only. I was there for 9 nights and bedsheets were never changed. When going out everyday, certain days I was asked if I wanted the room to be cleaned by basic words like "cleaning the room". I said yes, but it was only bathroom cleaned and towel changed. My last 2 days the room was never cleaned and towels not changed. I don't understand why during the day when almost no one is in their room. the heater is on and at night as from 11pm till 11 am the heater is switched off. I had to sleep in the cold. All these happened in room 17. One last thing the staff don't understand much english- it is only basic words. Even at the reception they don't understand much English.

The location. It's near to Mocloa Station. The room's windows its in the from street. We could hear the people passing by all night.

Just because a hotel room has an affordable price, doesn't mean it has to be this negative. I stayed in room 17. It was stated that all the rooms were on the ground floor, but I would only believe it if I saw it in my nightmares that they opened directly to the street and the pavement, and that "city view" meant the noise of people talking, shouting and laughing from the pavement until the Sunday morning on Saturday night and the street lamp light filling the room completely. The window had no curtains, the shutters did not close, they could only be opened. It was not even possible to ventilate the room because one was directly facing the people on the sidewalk. I can say that it was the worst night of my life. Besides, my room was at the end of a zig-zag corridor, like a maze, and there was an iron bar on the window. In case of an emergency, such as a fire, it was impossible for me to escape from there. The hotel's internet was not reaching my room. Even my phone's own mobile service only received 3G. There were long strands of women's hair on the bathroom floor.
