Nothing Starting with the fact that there’s no one at the front desk—when you arrive, you have to text a WhatsApp number and wait until they feel like responding so you can check in. For the price, I can accept sharing a room with 20 people or more, but it’s unbelievable that in this heat they keep the windows closed and the air conditioning doesn’t circulate any air at all. It was impossible to sleep, and if you did manage to fall asleep, it was only because you were so exhausted. The second night I slept on the reception desk sofa because the heat in the rooms was unbearable. There are cockroaches in the kitchen (lots of them under the fridge). The manager is very aggressive and is always in a bad mood and yelling a lot. At exactly 11:00 a.m., he storms into the room yelling at those who have to check out to leave; he barges in to kick them out as if they were dogs.

Oh where do i start, first of all they dont answer their booking chat, only by whatsapp will you get any kind of response. Entering, you may get a bed like youd expect or like the men I found on my last day, you may just have to sleep on the lobby because the hostel has been overbooked. The beds are all creaky and don't have curtains. The bathrooms have NO VENTILATION WHATSOEVER, the stench on them is terrible, and on one of the final days they ran out of toilet paper on all bathroom for hours, for which the only solution was just going to some other nearby place to use their bathrooms. The showers have a strong smell of drainage, one of them is very moldy and i expect the rest to be moldy too, and most of them dont close properly. Lastly, the kitchen was INFESTED with bugs, i saw a couple small ones on my first day, but on the second i was also able to see some cockroaches. Overall awful experience

The hostel is in a convenient location, and the staff was kind enough to let me leave my backpack before check-in. I didn't find the bed sheets very clean, and the pillow wasn't particularly comfortable. The bed was quite noisy and creaked with every movement, and the bright hallway lights made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

Good value, staff were prompt when asked (just need to find them) — Carlos was the GOAT. Showers and bathroom are what you would expect

Nothing. It was dirty, and there were 25 people per room. Me and my friends checked in and then left immediately. Being in there for 2 minutes was long enough as it is. DO NOT BOOK THIS!

Location was good. The locker had a built in lock which was helpful. The price was super cheap. The room was overcrowded and there was no electric socket near my bed. The toilets had a lot of water on the floor. People were noisy - talking and watching videos without headphones. Two people had a yelling argument at 6am.

Decent enough facilities Rooms are fire hazards. Fire breaks out, people will die. Beds are awful. No space for big guys. Worker comes in at 10 am to start cleaning. 11 am is checkout.

The neighborhood is fairly central, very good amenities Guests take liberties due to staffing issues with reception, and are not always good at sharing space, although they change frequently. Common areas are not well organized to support simultaneous use (not adequate for the number of guests, when I was there).

great price, ok bed and, plus, they even give u a towel and a combination lock for your locker (those who know hostels know that this isn't usually included) the “costumer service” is practically nonexistent. there's a sort of "doorman", but even then, when u arrive, u have to message idk who on whatsApp to check in, and it can take half an hour before he gives you the OK and u can go into your room. the same goes for leaving; u have to send a pic of your bed and towel, and that's it. another big negative point in my opinion: there's only one shower and toilet for the entire hostel, and the shower door DOESN'T CLOSE, this means u can easily come out of the shower and everyone in the dining area can see u (for those going, use the trash can as a barrier).

The shower water is always cold, which is a real problem.
