You can not extend your car parking for a few hours after checking out. We were told to stay parked for an additional 3 hrs we would need to pay an additional $23.00 dollars.

Great staff and location. No coffee pot cups saucers utensils coffee or tea in the room. Had to ask for it.

Our 3rd trip to Madrid where we stayed here some or all of the time - it's become our favorite. Great location, rooms, and value, and very nice staff. The daily cleaning doesn't clean the floors. Hopefully they do between guests

The furnitures were old. Room was dark.

Dirty floor and not too well-cleaned bathroom. Room was not particularly well decorated.

Super clean, the reception desk was super helpful and polite. The room was super quiet and comfortable. The ratio value and price is unique taking into consideration the high prices in Madrid. Nothing major.

This hotel is very centrally located and was excellent for the 1 night we had in Madrid. Our room was perfect for 3 people, with lots of space. It was very clean. There was a kitchen in our triple room but there was no kettle or cups. They were available upon request from Reception. Staff were very helpful on arrival and departure, with information and free maps. Nothing

Great location. Madrid is expensive and we researched and found the room a great size. Finally a comfortable bed albeit two large singles put together. Staff super friendly and very helpful. Impressive and would go back. Nothing. All good. ????
