Ther shower is inside the bath tube, it is slippery and dangerous and very inconvinience

Gym is very tiny and pool that was featured prominently in advertising was not open the last week of May even though it was in the 90s.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect — very convenient and close to everything we needed, which made our trip much more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly supportive, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. Excelent location, very attentive staff. Unfortunately the layout of the room with a sunken sitting area could be dangerously slippery (as I did slip and fall down on the stairs and not able to walk properly for the next 2 days - luckily it happened on our last day in Madrid).

Fantastic location- close to Prado, etc, but quiet square. Rooms large and comfortable, staff fantastic. Gym comically tiny, wish terrace open more of the year- was a beautiful week

The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The restaurant was excellent. The location was fabulous, right near the Prado and in the center of everything. I really appreciated viewing the collection of ancient urns and tiles. The bathroom though fully equipped and clean and attractive lacked grip bars and the shower hose was hard to wrangle.

Great location, very convenient to Museums and Madrid center. Comfortable room, excellent A/C. The staff was very professional and caring. Room sound insulation could be improved.

Great hotel! We loved the location near the prado. The family room was great for our family of 4. The rooftop pool and bar were also a great place to relax.
