Fantastic location right in the center of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was modern, quiet, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made check-in and check-out effortless. Excellent breakfast and outstanding service throughout my stay. Absolutely nothing. Everything was excellent.

My room stayed consistently about 26 degrees and wouldn’t get any cooler, but other than that the experience itself was wonderful.

It’s very convenient in locations Rooms are clean and nice the hotel it self was a nice one What made the big difference is the staff they provided a very good service direction we felt like home specially with alena big shout out for her Nth all was excellent

I wish all our stays hod such comfortable beds and included a breakfast like Vincci Centrum provides! Not to mention the great service, perfect location, curtains that actually make the room dark, and the amazing view from our terrace. Even though our room was street facing, it was quiet. We loved being able to walk to everything so easily and I really do miss the amazing breakfast options.
