Everything was as expected for Ibis budget

Good location, not too far from Atocha station. Modern, comfortable hotel, our room had a good view. Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing in particular.

Excellent location, and rooms are very clean. There is air conditioning as well! Bathroom was a bit small, and it was a little annoying to stop the shower water leaking onto the floor.

The hotel, facilities, staff and convenience were excellent - but …… …… the area did not feel particularly safe. There was a lot of noise from the street - even at 3am - with signs of “after party rubbish” evident the next morning.

For a budget room i was provided with everything i needed, and the staff were on hand at all times to give an excellent level of service I can't find fault with the hotel

Location, near to major attractions and Royal Palace. The black out curtains were amazing, best for light sleepers. Very basic service, no kettle or coffee provisions in the room. Room extremely small for two people, washroom walls are paper-thin and all sounds can be heard from the bedroom space (no privacy at all).

Very good location. There is a metro station in 10m. Also near the hotel there is Carefur express 24h Sometimes Lavapie square was noisy at nights, but nothing special

A lovely hotel, great location and easy walk to many of the major places, 10 minutes to Reina Sofia museum in one direction on foot and 10 mins in the opposite to Plaza Mayor etc. The hotel is located in a diverse area of the city called Lavapiés, and I personally really enjoyed the rich diversity of restaurants and people. Far cheaper to eat and drink than in areas like Sol, and very well located for major transport links, easy walk to Atocha, and under 20 Euros in an Uber to the airport. We only stayed for 4 nights and we found the facilities perfect for this amount of time.
