Not much. Comfortable bed. Rude personal. No air in the rooms. Bathroom cleaned with not much frequency. They don’t let you in the hostel (not even to the reception) until 3 o’clock and they re kicking you out at check out time.

Needs a place to put your personal items in the bathroom while you shower. It’s uncomfortable. The towel holders are not properly secured, which causes them to fall to the floor under the weight of the towel.

It was a cheaper option at the time. I went in the summer and they refused to put the AC on while it was clearly listed in the amenities. Cleanliness is horrible especially the bathroom and the staff is super unfriendly, also the place has such a weird smell, I suggest you check Google reviews before you consider. when I told them I will file a complaint because I can't sleep while it's so hot he didn't care and all I got after weeks of stay and endless calls to booking is 10€ back!!

Location and price were great We stayed for only one night on March 16th and checked in around 7:00 PM. As soon as we entered the room, we realized it was very cold, and unfortunately, the weather that night was quite chilly in Madrid. We reported the issue to the receptionist, who told us that the AC would turn on automatically during the night. However, it never did. There was no way to contact the receptionist later, as there was no 24/7 reception service. As a result, we were left to deal with the situation ourselves and had to sleep wearing our coats to stay warm.

Good access. Private beds. Sometimes a bit loud. Lack of toilet paper in the toilets but the staff was happy to put more when made aware of the issue. Big issue was the water temperature in the shower as it changed from boiling hot to ice cold, it was really hard to shower.
