Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, had 2 showers in our 7 person dorm which was great. They have a lot of amenities available. Check in took a bit although we had filled out all of our info beforehand.

Breakfast was pretty bad and the next door room leaked into ours

It’s stylish! When it come to modify my reservation and get a partial refund, the staff did everything on their power to convence me it was not possible. I had to call booking 3 times to make it happen, but I was definitely elegible for the reimbursement

The location was great, easy access from the metro station close by, close to the city center and the park. The room was very nice, and the beds were comfortable

Need to pay for the luggage storage once you check out. Please take it into consideration when you booked. Need to borrow the hair dryer in the reception instead of in-house equipment.

Cons- No AC in the bunk rooms but the basement was ice cold. When checking in after long travel in the middle of the night I went to my room to find that the keycard didn't work and upon returning to reception I was met with attitude. Guy working overnight could use additional customer service training. Don't believe the posted hours of breakfast, they are different.

Location Bathroom and shower smelled a bit musty

Very close to everything! Food, transportation, sites. People were very nice too. Thanks to Nistine for warm and easy check-in. Nothing actually. All was really good.

Excellent location. Comfortable. The cleaning crew needs a great bonus. This place was super tidy and clean. And yes, the staff. Thank you Luis for helping me fix my reservation! I will be eternally grateful.

The person at reception wasn’t very welcoming. The dude in training was way more friendly.

Great location and budget-friendly Breakfast can be better

Toilet, shower and sink are inside the shared room, which is both a pro and a con. However, the toilet and shower doors were not super soundproofed — considerable gaps and very simple latches. Also, there were no hooks or shelves in the toilet cubicle, making it hard to use say for changing clothes if the shower was taken. Shower was equipped with only two hooks + a single shelf that was hung so high up that if you're short it would've been hard to reach, and no bench or space again for setting down clothes or toiletries while you shower. Also they don't give you a towel, you have to bring one or rent it, it was three whole euros and not even a nice big thick towel that feels good to pay for, just a regular whatever one. These are details honestly and not dealbreakers by any means, the room was comfortable and the people were nice and the value is great, it just felt like simple fixes that would help the value perception go from good to truly exceptional.

great location, friendly staff and good room for family waiting to o check in was painful due to getting to Madrid at 9am and havng to wait until 3:30 pm
