The hotel was amazing, perfect location very spacious room and clean private bathroom really worth it for the price when compared to Paris’ hotels. There was no iron but it was manageable

Lovely modern hotel, very close to several metro stations, and easy to get around Madrid. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and plenty of interesting places to explore. When we booked the room, the description included a bidet and a balcony. There were neither, and it's misleading. We could have requested these things at the time of booking, but this wasn't clearly stated. The USB charger next to the bed didn't work, and the plug covers in the bathroom were broken. None of these things spoiled our stay, but they need attention
