There is a kitchen. Curtains not so effective in blocking outside light. Neighborhood is nice but a bit noisy.

Easy communication with the owner who emailed door and room codes. when I had a question about using the washing machine, he promptly replied. Room was cleaned well each day. Great location- near a few subway lines and many restaurants/bars and shops nearby. Room was a bit noisy as it is on the street level. No view from the room-blocked out for privacy. Television remote did not work. Pillows were uncomfortable.

My contact at the hotel was really helpful! They explained how to get into the place as there is no reception. They just email you the codes for the front door & your room. I just loved how clean & efficient it was. Our room was had been remodeled so clean and contemporary - even the shower was great! There was a common area with a full kitchen, laundry, gym & even a bag drop if you needed to stash your bags before you check in our after you check out. It's in a great location - quiet neighborhood but still in the middle of the city. So minor but thought I would mention the water pressure in the shower was poor. Also we did a load of laundry - the washer worked great but the dryer not so much. We ended up taking our damp clothes to a laundromat around the corner to get them dry. When we go there we walked from the metro but leaving we had to take uber to get to the main train station so consider how you reach the location.

the facilities state soundproff wall which is totally misleading because there are huge windws and you hear every noise outside the street, terrible noise , bad response and no proper adresssing of the issue before during and after....eventhough i specifically said and aksed for a silent room and evn mentioned that if it is not possible i dont want to stay there....the content is misleading by saying soundproof walls when the reality is that you can literally hear the pedestrians in the street walking like they are in yr room . and when i sent via whatsapp even recordings of the noise and show the contact person that i have requested in avdnace a silent room or i wont stay the answer is ..."we apologize... and nothing more

Value for money if you just need a place to sleep a bit noisy, to be honest. even if they provide ear plugs.

A great location very close to the Bilbao metro station. Entry instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow and the facility was very well equipped with everything you need during your stay. Large, comfortable room and all very clean. There was quite a lot of noise on the street outside the property particularly as I stayed on a Saturday night. But the fact that earplugs were provided suggests that other guests had made this comment previously.

Good location. Clean. Very bad isolation. You can hear the noise from the street all the time. That makes rest very difficult.

The shared space has everything you would expect. Staff and chat support are really helpful! Can be much cleaner. I found a hair on the toilet seat on my arrival and the entire place has hair and dust on the floor that needs vacuuming especially toilet and common areas! Also in room 1 you can hear every conversation on the street and its a lively street! Windows should have more sound proofing!

easy way to check in and even they advice if earlier is possible. Heating was too strong and not easy to change and, most important, need to invest in systems to isolate the noise from the streets.

It'a do it yourself place...but they have it very well organised. No need to call or be attended by anyone.
