EVERYTHING! The price, the, the staff, the room, the bathroom, THE BREAKFAST!! There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel and it goes to La Gran Via… We liked everything…

This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in including hotels at there times the cost. The rooms are large, the shower is great, the staff are very helpful, the shuttle to and from the airport with no waiting, the breakfast buffet included selections for every nationality. We loved everything about our stay. nothing

As a business traveller I need an expect an iron and ironing board available to ready my shirts for the next day meetings, it’s quite basic and every other hotel offers it..a well positioned hotel like this does not offer one(?!) instead they provide a handheld jacket steamer and shrug their shoulders

It was my second stay at the hotel and we would return again. The Hotel is very clean and inviting. It is very well located to all the major attractions. The Shuttle bus is also very good and helpful. Thank you to all the staff. The only negative was that the kettle had to be plugged in by the desk not near the fridge. Also in the bathroom more places to hang clothes.

Everything was perfect for our concert trip! The hotel is convenient for events at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano (about a 50-minute walk back after the show). The staff was super friendly, the room was perfectly clean, and the room service was very good.
