Location is great. The parking was too small for my car (and was also extremely expensive, but the price is in line with costs in central Madrid). But the staff kindly pointed me to a nearby car park.

The room was spacious. Shower wonderful and hair dryer great. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. A window cover in the main room would have helped with reducing the light in the room at night.

Location was excellent and was central and in walking distance to all Museums, restaurants, Metro, etc. Pillows were too soft and fluffy for us!

It was in an easily accessible and safe location. The furnishings were a huge disappointment. They were both very dirty and quite old. I specifically chose a room with a balcony so I could sit by the window in the evenings, but the windows and curtains looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 100 years, so I didn't even want to go near them. Unfortunately, it was nothing like the photos. Choosing this particular room was pointless; I just wasted extra money.
