Everything. Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We were upgraded and the room was excellent. The staff were warm and welcoming and the location was great. A walk to the palace and to local restaurants. I cannot fault this hotel - worth staying here if you can. Nothing.

Good hotel for our three day stay in Madrid. Central location, so most of the main parts of the town were walkable. Gagage close to the hotel was a bonus. Breakfast was good
