Gabriel and Reyes were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. The housekeeper, Elena, did an excellent job and was friendly also. Checking in on the machine when no staff were present.

This was my first hostel experience. Unfortunately, I found dark hairs on my bed sheets, and I had to sleep with my bag because the locker underneath the bed was stuck and couldn’t be used. The bathroom was very large and clean, which was a positive point. I was lucky to have the room almost to myself, so I had a comfortable stay in that sense. The common area, however, was extremely small. The breakfast was okay — there was a decent selection, but nothing special: cookies, eggs, cheese, and toast. Overall, it was a basic hostel experience with some good aspects but also a few things that could be improved. Dirty bed sheets..

Very nice hostel, very comfortable beds with curtains, cute community area with things to prepare a small meal, very clean, nice staff No windows/no natural light in the room

It is near to bus top and subway station. The staff and check in process.

The staff was rude at check in time. Also I asked for a towel, which was included in the Booking and they say it was not so I had to contact Booking to solve the issue. On the other hand, some of the other guests made a lot of noisy late in night.

In the basement, no much ventilation, the smell is staying forever almost, and you cannot open windows, even the staff

Not much at all. Fairly okay location, that’s about it. Arrival was bad. There’s no reception, check in has to be done by an ipad thing by the door, I didn’t know this and it wasn’t easy to use. The rooms were tiny and there was a support beam at the end of my bed which my feet were touching. In general the people in the hostel were weird too.
