Location , restauration of old building. Good decoration We had an air conditioning issue and the had to change the engine during our stay . So the technician was inside the room during our stay . There a was not other room available . But it caused so much discomfort .

The hotel was located in a convenient place for everything we plan to visit in Madrid. The staff was helpful in helping unload our luggage and putting it in our room when we arrived and calling a taxi and helping us take the luggage out of the hotel when we left. The breakfast also was very good. Arriving by car there was no place to park to unload our luggage. Road access is very restricted near the hotel. But the hotel staff was helpful in unloading our luggage while we move the car away from the hotel.

A charming boutique hotel with a great breakfast, an excellent location, and exceptionally friendly staff. Nothing significant, although the room and bathroom could benefit from a few minor repairs.

It was in a wonderf location, on a quiet street, but steps from El Retiro park, museums and a short walk from Gran Via and many neighborhoods. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The bunkbed was difficult for my teen ager to access with the ladder situation and the whole bed felt/sounded rickety. The window overlooked the central void in the middle of the buildings, so no view.

It was a great location, the staff were very nice and the breakfast was terrific I didn’t like being charged to hold bags for the week between stays

Our toilet suddenly started to smell horrible, This occured after taking a shower, the smell was coming from the shower. We informed the staff and it was repaired after coming back to the hotel.

Brilliant location, nice breakfast, easy to check in and out Room was a bit dated with a few things slightly falling apart, top bunk felt a little dangerous for a kid - had a separate bed rail but have to climb in over that
