We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location was absolutely fantastic — perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention to the team for even starting up the coffee machine early so I could have a coffee in the morning — such a thoughtful little touch that really made my day! ☕️ Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend! Nothing.

The location was fantastic. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. You could also easily walk to Plaza Mayor and Puerto del Sol from there. The staff were very attentive. We wanted a king bed rather than a queen and they provided one at check-in at no extra charge. The air conditioning in our room worked very well and that was really important given how hot it was there in August. The breakfast, which cost €15 per person, was very good. There were eggs, bacon, ham, bread, cheese, yogurt, salami, fruit and pastries to choose from. Coffee and fresh orange juice was also available. We liked everything! We will be back.

The location is fantastic, the street has several restaurants and hotels on it so there is always a gentle buzz of activity. The room was fabulous. Very clean and modern whilst keeping the traditional heritage feel of the building. The staff were all very friendly. It's not a major point, but breakfast was served in the next door hotel (10 meters down the road so its not far) and, I guess because of the limited space in their restaurant, you need to book your breakfast time. I tend to be a fall out of bed and go and find breakfast sort of person, so having a fixed breakfast time was more early morning scheduling than I'd perhaps expected!

The property is in a wonderful location on an iconic street close to many attractions. Everywhere was walkable! The bed was comfy and the shower was so good after a day of walking. The staff were helpful and the room was serviced daily. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the days the hotel restaurant was closed. (Monday-Tuesday) There are plenty of other restaurants but the food was so delicious on the first night that we would have liked more. We would have appreciated a kettle and mugs in our room.

Perfect boutique hotel! Staff was friendly and very helpful with taxis and dining recommendations. Hotel was unique and room was comfy and spacious. Great location for sightseeing and dining.
