The staff was helpful and understanding beyond what you would expect from a hotel without a giant chain. From the reception to the bar and housekeeping staff, everyone brought their A game. I have to mention Remus from reception, in particular. The man was a one-man problem-solving machine. I recommend anyone staying in Madrid that wants a small, intimate, but very catered-to experience stay here.
