Reasonably priced, convenient, and within a short walk of the city center. Although our unit was at street level, it turned out not to be an issue and actually made coming and going very easy. The management was very responsive and accommodating, and the few restaurants we tried just minutes away were fantastic.

Convenient location. The washer/dryer had a short causing the electricity to blow out forcing us to go to a laundromat to finish drying our clothes.

The location was excellent, the accommodation was clean, and most importantly, the staff — especially Manuel — were outstanding. He was helpful, friendly, and made the stay much easier for us. The apartment was clean, and the location was convenient with easy access to taxis. There is also an elevator, although you still need to carry your luggage up a few steps before reaching it. Fortunately, Manuel kindly helped us with the luggage. The toiletries were not the best, but we had already brought our own, so it did not affect our stay much.

Nothing to complain. For my studio the only surprise has been that the sofa was not of 2 persona, but it was another single bed that was pulling out from the sofa, so 2 individual beds also, one lower.

The property was clean and in a wonderful area. Unfortunately we had someone on the upper floor that was making a lot of noise after midnight and we were not able to sleep either night. The staff was attentive and said they had handled it the first night, however it happened the next night as well.

Plenty of small coach roaches, no windows and fresh air, no cleaning for a three night stay, room on the street with a lot of noise, shampoo box was empty after one use and it wasn't shampoo in the box but hand cleaner, other visitors attempted to enter the room by entering the code as they didn't know which apartment it was, we didn't meet in person the host, shower made a loud discomforting noise when turning the hot water on. Definitely not a "Hotel"

Very helpful to have an apartment with five single beds. The location was great.

The location is very good It is a big apartment with many bedrooms which is great, but there is less of a living room/sofa place to hang around.

The room smelled of cigarettes.

We had a great stay. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. It was well equipped, it had everything we needed for our time there. Overall, a simple, pleasant, and convenient place to stay. Would recommend! Front door in the lobby was very laud
