Great location beautiful room super confortable Too many party people at the time of my stay, not so good for kids to be honest. The consierge is useless, her answer to everything was I know the same that you know. I cannot get reservations anywhere. Just incredible

The property is in a very central location and the overall decor and feel is very calming within the bustling center of Madrid. Perhaps a little too dark but very nice. The lighting and decor is dark and natural light is missing once inside the hotel.

The location was perfect. There were little flying bugs in the room. That was not pleasant.

The breakfast restaurant was so fabulous and great the stuff was so friendly The stuff was perfect only the manager she was so rude I took my room late and i told them i want late check out tomorrow they said no problem .. next day they said not possible they let me wait more than 1 hrs wasting my time When i told them i took the room late they said ok no problem you can have late check out When i checked out and finished i tell them i will keep my luggages in hotel storage Then i found they withdrew from my bank card 375€ they said you didn’t paid the room !!! How i took the room and checked out if i didnt paid before !!!! I show them that i paid in booking and she told me show me your bank account still they didnt belive !!! I told the manger i have a train i have to leave she said if you have train why you took late check out !! Sorry i dont need to wait for something paid already and today you want to check my statement after checked out before 1hr !!! She talking rudely so disrespectfully she don’t want to let me go then i told her check with booking about the payment not me And they keep trying to take money again different price 1st was 375€ 2nd time 355€ !!!

1.Great location. 2. Spacious clean modern room with sunny terrace. 3. Comfortable bed. 4. Nice top roof pool-bar. 5. Professional staff, good hotel services. 1. I was expecting to check-in an hour before the official check-in time, but unfortunately, the room was not ready at check-in time and had to wait for 30 more min. this was handle with an extra welcome drink. 2. Getting kicked-out at 19h15 by surprise of the pool-bar normally closing at 21h00, due to a private party. Fine with me if the hotel wants to privatize the facility, but it should be clearly announced at check-in and a day before in the room, so we can re-schedule the evening. 3. The pool transforming into "Aqualand" with 8-year-old kids monopolizing the area (shooting at your cocktails with water guns and throwing balls at your 16 euros glass). Thanks to the staff for trying to resonate the parents. Perhaps avoiding the use of water toys in the pool would help. Another idea would be to define as a hotel rule, a specific time of the day for the kids to have fun at the pool.
