Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet not much noise from road making it easier to sleep. Location was a bit far out for me.

Powerful A/C, comfortable bedding, large and clean room, very friendly staff, various areas to sit in the lobby and either chat or work on your computer. The internet connection was glitchy and not very fast. I had to turn my camera off on Zoom, and even then, the connection dropped a couple of times. I would reconsider if I had to work for many days. The fridges in the rooms don't cool. Imagine blowing cool air onto your food/drinks—that's the kind of cold these things provide. It was explained to me that they "maintain" the temperature of already cold food. I don't think that's a thing. Don't use it for storage more than a day.

The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was also great, easy to get to the airport, close to a metro station Bit confusing when checking in as the corridors didn’t have labels

Bien conectado, algunas personas de recepción muy amables, habitaciones amplias Tratamos de pedir prestador unos cubiertos para nuestros delivery, y nos trataron como si fuéramos a quedarnos con ellos, y nos condicionaron a utilizarlos solo durante una hora. Jamás habíamos tenido problemas en otros establecimientos de pedir utensilios para poder comer, sentí que para poder utilizar esos elementos teníamos que consumir directamente del hotel.
