Really nice hotel with very nice staff

The hotel, its staff and facilities, expected all of our expectations. The staff are without doubt the friendliness you will encounter anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble; everything done with a smile. I will book again here for our next visit to Madrid. There is absolutely nothing we did not like. Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay.

The hotel is modern in a quieter area. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast Its located very close to a metro station, about 2 minutes walk. Pillows are bulky

good location We pay for an experience, not a lecture Travel is about relaxation, but a small incident during this stay turned into an unwanted “classroom session” on your hotel regulations. I understand that every hotel has operational constraints, but I want to remind you: Your guests have entrusted their precious holiday time to you. We pay for morning coffee, a good night's sleep, and – when things go wrong – a reassuring “I've got this.” We do not pay to listen to a step‑by‑step recitation of your employee handbook when we are already tired and frustrated. If every guest complaint is met with “our policy says so,” then where is the human touch? I hope that next time, I hear “Don't worry, let me see what I can do for you,” instead of “Sorry, rules are rules.” Remember, policies are the floor – it's the service above that floor that brings guests back.

We stayed in the Suite with Terrace and it was so worth it! Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the terrace much due to the heat wave, but we did enjoy seeing the dawn rise over the city. Gorgeous. The staff were SO friendly and helpful at the front desk, and the bellhop gave us super useful info about the metro. This place is IDEALLY located, right near the Cuatro Caminos metro and bus stops. We took a train from Barcelona to Madrid (Iryo is great!) and then a short taxi ride to get to the hotel since we had lots of bags. The room was great with a whole area in the bedroom big enough for us to open BOTH of our carry-on bags side by side. The bed was comfy, the lights took some figuring out, but it was nice having so much control over various lights. And the suite has TWO bathrooms (because in the living room, you can convert the couch into a bed). So this would be a great place for 2-4 people to stay, honestly. Breakfast was fabulous, and they always had more than enough. We ate at the beginning of the window and the end of the window, and there was always food available. It's also a generous period of 4 hours, compared to some hotels that only give you an hour or two. You have to choose whether or not to include breakfast when you book your room, but why not include it? It's so convenient. Although there is so much fantastic food to be had in Madrid, as well, but we saved that for lunch and dinner! Absolutely loved it here. Would return. My only gripe is that the shower glass does not extend far enough, so we always had a wet floor after the shower. (There is no shower door or curtain.)

The room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was also very good. Location is very good (metro station at the corner, bus stops in front, Carrefour and other convenient places less than a block away). I wish they had a lobby in the hotel (more than a couple of chairs) or a place to work outside the room
