Great location on Gran Via avenue in the city centre Clean, nice rooms. Helpful staff.Quiet room. Nice bed. Room view was poor.

Location is very good. Very clean , light room, very comfortable. the view from the window was completely blocked by the renovation work of the municipality, but the hotel did not notify about this in advance

There was some facade work ongoing so the balcony was covered but at -2C that doesn't really matter, will be better when done in the spring.

Jennifer the host went above and beyond to help us when we had some personal issues so we were very grateful. Parking was difficult but that is not the fault of the hotel given the location. Getting coffee from the machine was a bit of a silly process with the online system.

Located right in the heart of the city. Easy access to all landmarks and sites. Lovely stay.

Top location, in front of Calao Plaza! We can go walking for most of the museums and attractions. The room is small but very clean, comfortable bed, good towels, sheets and pillows! I have my expectations attended. I recommend The building elevator is always with line, daily without luggage is not a big problem because the Hostel is in the 2nd floor.

The entry way to the building was a little Scary looking and elevator not accessible for anyone with disabilities - but woohoo cannot control that apparently since they do not own the bldg.
