Location was good, breakfast was delicious and room was acceptable (once moved from initial room to an alternative) Facilities were good and the hotel was very clean. The room we were initially allocated had a strong damp, mouldy smell. There were already two plug-in air fresheners in the room, and even the bed linen felt damp. We reported this to reception, who sent a housekeeper to add another plug-in air freshener and spray air freshener throughout the room. We left for over an hour to have something to eat, but when we returned, the unpleasant damp/mould smell was just as strong. I returned to reception and was initially advised that there were no alternative rooms available and that the only option was to change the bed linen. Naturally, we were disappointed, as this did not address the underlying issue. Around 20 minutes later, however, reception contacted us to say that another room had become available. Although the replacement room was much smaller, it was clean, fresh, and had a lovely sea view. I would like to thank the reception team for listening to our concerns and ultimately resolving the issue. Unfortunately, our experience at the pool bar was far less positive. We were approached by a member of staff who was extremely rude and instructed us to move from the VIP beds. Our friends had already booked a VIP bed and had been able to pay the waitress directly in cash while seated, so we genuinely believed the same process applied to us. Instead of explaining this politely, the staff member raised her voice, used aggressive hand gestures, and repeatedly instructed us to get off the bed and pay at the bar. After we paid, the service only became worse. We received no attention from the waiting staff, despite other guests around us being served. I even sat at one of the dining tables specifically to order food but was completely ignored. In the end, I had no choice but to leave the hotel to find food elsewhere, meaning I was away from the VIP area for around two hours. This made paying for the VIP bed feel like a complete waste of money.

The towels for the swimming pool is 3€ a day!

The view, the staff are one of the most amazing people you can ever meet they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable I had a medical emergency and they just called the doctor right away. I thought I had a stroke. Turns out no I don’t have a stroke. Either way I mean the staff or the nicest best people you can ever meet in your life. Trust me, you you get what you pay for it’s not top-notch the area around It is basically hooligan town absolutely ridiculous fights drunken people scammers you name it. It’s the worst place to stay and it’s a place to party so I don’t know the way you wanna look at it. I like to party, but I don’t want the party to be next-door that’s the thing. Anyways, like the room service is not existent like basically everything is like do it yourself. It’s like a four-star hostel with a private room. You do everything. I never tried like the breakfast. I never tried any of it. They’re barking, which is good. It’s like five euros a day, which is cheap that’s a blast. I’m sorry I’m putting it in like the things that I didn’t like about the property but

everything was perfect, the breakfast is super, the pool and the view from the rooms is fantastic

Staff was awesome and food was good. It had the beach town vibe of the US. Mostly young 20’s, 30’s adults with a few older couples mixed in. Transportation

The view was gorgeous and it felt like a haven from the Magaluf craziness. Breakfast was good. The walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors quite clearly.

Views, cleanliness, staff, dining area Location during the summertime can be overwhelming. But, I am happy we can early April to avoid that.

It’s a very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff and nice facilities Parking is not free for guests

Location is special, with nice view. Best for photo lovers. Not so good entrance to the see.

The common areas (restaurant, bar, pool) were the best and the personal there was very friendly Some of the cleaning staff were not so friendly. They skipped the cleaning of our room and when we politely asked them to clean it, they did it reluctantly. Also the AC had a weird smell

Nice location and wonderful breakfast. Chilled atmosphere with nice access to a sea swim spot. Check in was a bit transactional and i was left to my wits to find my room in building too !

There was some noise from other rooms.

Noice

I liked the area and the breakfast! The bathroom had mold all over the shower.

Not so much related to the hotel as to Magaluf which is very dirty and always full of drunk people.

View is unbeatable, layout is solid, and breakfast was great. The service staff were incredibly kind. The pool was a highlight. For the cost, they shake you down for more money constantly. Pay for the bus from the airport, a scale for airport luggage checking, pool towels, and pool cabanas. The cabanas are overpriced and no one uses them, they just take space. The pool drinks and food were not great.

The ratio of chase chairs/umbrellas to people is LOW. People line up at 9am (when pool opens which is also late) to get a spot.

Excellent view Great food choice at dinner

Only 10 parkings which required to book everyday in the morning with fee; house keeping door notice cards are interesting, « do no disturb » and « no cleaning today » which are basically the same. And if you put nothing on door, house keeping will enter your room before checkout time. Funny tho.

Location, location, location. Some of the best views of the sea that one can have in Mallorca. Service was excellent and daily breakfast was very good too. Beds were uncomfortable but that’s okay.
