We also had a separate situation with our friend. She had some problems, and we wanted to let her stay with us for one night. We even offered to pay extra for one additional person and arrange everything officially, but we were categorically refused. What is worse, they did not even let her step inside, they simply kicked her out. It was extremely unpleasant and inhumane, especially considering the situation. In our opinion, as hotel guests, we should be able to invite someone to our room, especially when we are willing to pay for their stay. Also, please be aware that this hotel does not allow overnight guests. No one is allowed in without a wristband, even if the person only wants to visit their friends. The security guards watch everyone very closely, the entire property is closed off at night, and there is only one entrance/exit. Honestly, during our entire stay, we did not feel like we were on vacation at all, we felt as if we were constantly being watched. Rules like this are absolutely not what you would expect from a good hotel. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being in a strict boarding school or dormitory.

It was close to beach. - We got food poisoned. You could feel the disease by the smell of food but we were crazy enough to taste and bear the consequence. Seems that there were other people as well (personnel were wearing masks once we arrived but they took off two days after so I don't think it was for general hygiene). We only ate there since we had both breakfast and dinner. - It was so noisy, every day there were buses of old folks coming and I guess they are generous with the ratings since clearly it's not a four star hotel, I would say an acceptable three star.

We stayed in the junior sweet and there was no chairs/table on balcony so u could sit outside it was a little small ,room was very hot and air-conditioning was not available to put on breakfast was about 4 out of 10 not much cooked food for options had to pay 15 euros each to use the indoor pool and u only get 90 min

Clean Nobody picks up the reception phone ever if you call from the room!!!There was no iron in the room. You have to pay at front desk to get it. There is no shampoo or conditioner. To get towels for the pool you have to pay 20euro deposit. To park you have to pay 10 euro everyday and 10 euros for a key.

Great hotel, clean, lovely facilities, generally food good Check in process could be improved, food on the Thursday evening was poor in both quality and quantity, shame as it was brilliant every other meal, attitude of the guy I spoke to about the food wasn’t great, rather than help with the issue he sat down and dined with a full restaurant of guests

Hotel is at great location with a huge variety of dishes for every meal. It's very clean and very close to the beach.

Well the room is good size and clean and location close from Magaluf nightlife and restaurants! Staff were extremely nice and welcome My room looked at construction site with ugly view, i don’t mind to have street view but i can see rubbish in the morning! The room doesn’t have sound isolation and of course the crowds of teens next door were extremely loud till 6 am in the morning! There is no coffee maker or tea at room! just empty mini bar! But most annoying thing the guests who are loud without control that other needs sleep

The buffet, some of staff were very nice The room was very small and the water in the room smelled like toilet, not sure what it was but it was horrible.

It was very clean. No frills. No pool towels. No auto safe. Very basic austere industrial dorm rooms.

We really like this hotel with my 11 years old sister. Location was perfect - everything you need is around - restaurants, shops, beach. Staff - very kind and helpful. All speak good English. We have to mention restaurant coz it was really good decision to book HB. Breakfast and dinner were so delicious, rich offer, colourful and everyone would find something to eat there. We really appreciate the buffet. House keeping is just so lovely, cleaning perfectly and ladies are always smile. One small thing I felt disappointed about - there is coffee machine in the room, but for capsule you have to pay 50 cents/each. Tea is also extra. Safe box is also extra. I understand that if it's included, price would be higher. Maybe some instant coffee in the room can be alright.

Location The property itself was fine but not the rooms as how it was shown! We went into the property and thought AC will work but it did not! Then the wifi went away! we requested the reception but nothing happened! They tied one strap onto our wrist and that way no friend of yours can go inside other than that strap!!! BS! it was hot in the room and the worst part was! they came straight 11 am direct into our room and said checkout! I mean what was that? are we some cons? Disgusting experience
