Location is good, and very close to the spots The place is very old and smells old cabinet. One alarming thing are the staff of the hotel. They are very rude, racist and homophobic. They treat us differently from the moment we checked in.

I enjoy staying here because of its central location to everything band closeness to the airport and BGC I really didn’t enjoy the breakfast it was very basic and bland for Filipino food. Also it would have helped if the food was kept in working heating trays I’d was Luke warm at best I rather eat somewhere else

The pillows were nice and the staff was very friendly. The location is good many restaurants and nightlife nearby Where do I start….when we entered the hotel the lobby smelled like musty carpet, I didn’t feel safe using the elevators they rattle and bounce a lot. The middle elevator stopped one time before it actually reached the 8th floor coming down it stopped about 6inches above the intended floor and the doors opened. The room is very outdated very dark at night there is no ceiling mounted light only 4 lamps, so the room is very shadowy. There was only two working outlets in the room, so we had to choose between charging our phones and having light from the lamps. If you open the curtains the people in the apartment next door are literally looking in your window and staring. The breakfast buffet was 4/10 stars the actual buffet was terrible, if cheap chicken franks and cold sweet chilli cream dori (fish) are your thing you might like it. I gave it 4 stars because we were able to get and omelette and pancakes made to order but they to were 4/10 stars. The pool is so cold it takes your breath away and the chlorine was very strong. I strongly recommend looking around, there are much nicer places for less money. We are in Makati often and this has been our worst stay so far.

The location. Cockroach in the room. WiFi did not work in the bedroom of the suite. Noisy even on the 15th floor.

The location in the heart of Makati, for the night life as for some, but i liked all the restaurants and food choices around, very kind and professional staff headed by FOM Salvador “Den”. His excellent staff Benji, front office ladies, Restaurant staff, Houskeeping, and Security….. Nothing much, the property is old but renovated the staff make up for the shortcomings.Traffic is a bit of a challenge in that location

Location Makati Ave Bed hard like a rock and very un comfortable..., bathtub with barely warm water..so what good is a bathtub! Breakfast buffet very overpriced at 700plus pesos. I cut my trip shirt because of pain from a very cheap and hard mattress. Hallway with toen carpets all over tje place..hotel needs a major remodel or teardown!

Good location. Bathrooms were nice. The lobby had an overwhelming smell of food you endured coming in and out of the hotel. Because of the smell, I never considered eating there. The reception desk staff were not friendly and never answered any question we had.

It's a nice hotel within walking distance to many restaurants and malls. The rooms are large, and breakfast was good.

I booked for a double bed for 2. Then got an email saying 2 x singles. Then I sent another email saying if no double bed I will cancel. Then when I got there I was told they have 2 x single beds for the room. Ahhh. Then the reception girl gave me a room with a double bed after I explained this.
