Pretty annoyed that I now have to scan and pay just to use the hairdryer inside our room. Lol. And what happened to the hotel parking? It used to be free, but now it’s RM10. I’ve been staying with my family here since 2012 or maybe earlier, so this visit is quite disappointing.

the only thing that we like is the location. The rest all sucks!! Worst hotel that I stay in Melaka with high cost paid. The Parking is NOT provided. We have to paid for it. There is NO WIFI provided too. Room cleanliness is extremely poor. Balcony view is poor. The bathroom cleanliness is extremely poor too. The whole room and building required serious renovation. Everything is disappointing.
