The location was amazing, very close to the attractions and the river. Rooms were clean The rooms (especially the family rooms) were a lil cramped and tight, but that's reasonable considering the price and the service and location u get

Great location. There was a water dispenser and iron board at the common area as well. Staff were friendly and nice The walls are quite thin. There was a night where people outside tbe building were blasting their music till 12am+.

A modest mellow hotel right in the middle of Chinatown. Easy walking everywhere. A rooftop to relax.

Location was nearby jonker walk, only 5 mins by walk, staff very nice

The receptionist was rude. The room is not clean. Towers are dirty. Facility is old.

All stuff is old but still working and comfortable for us.

Room very small for my husband. Bed little bit stiff.

Location = The hotel is less than a 100 meters from the other end of Jonker Walk and near the Melaka River. Bathroom = There is hot water for early morning showers. Soap and shampoo were provided. Towels were also provided. AC = Needs maintenance as it wasn’t cold even if it is set at 17C. Good thing a ceiling fan was also installed in the room.

location is very good and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are smaller than I expected but i have to consider the price i paid. making the bedding stuff clean. Maybe considering to provide tour information broches.

Water dispenser at the lounge helps a lot during traveling in hot weather these day, able to keep baggage before check in, I rented motorcycle to travel around and able to park free opposite the hotel. Small dirt spot on pillow sheet and bed sheet, other than that, not much issue

The staff were super friendly during my 3 night stay. They helped me with getting a taxi to the bus station and giving me good food recommendations off the tourist area. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is extremely close to the night market.
