Unwelcoming receptionists Very unprofessional Coffee not available in room

Indian Staff is not friendly , house keeping service is bad, bedsheet, pillow smelly and dirty

It's quite old and bed was not comfortable

Kinda good location, close to the riverside and the promenade Facilities were very dated and room wasn't exactly clean. There was a lot of maintenance that was being neglected (like walls that needed painting urgently from numerous scratches, drawings etc) carpet wasn't very clean, also the towel had a little red spot

Just Tv and door toilet have a little bit problem

Hotel Room Fairly spacious. Bed was comfortable, and air con was working. Location Located at the edge of Jonker area made it a consolation to stay Lots of F & B just a short walk from Hotel Hotel Overview Rooms are over due for major renovation Booked 3 rooms, all came with issues - either missing fridge, kettle or non working LCD TV Carpet totally worn out, room are very old and in need of major repairs and re-furnishing Sunday Malacca Formerly Tun Fatimah (New name Sunday Malacca is not displayed at all) The Hotel still reflects the old name Tun Fatimah Riverside Hotel ! Rooms are ONLY clean or make up on demand ! Everything on request including bottled water However hot water took awhile to warm up. The reception looks like war torn, connection to the shopping center looks like a deserted and vacant

overall bad experience.. hotel was in bad condition and they didnt even want to give out receipts for my stay...cant use bank transfer or QR pay or even card payment. they collected the tourism tax but refused to give out receipt which was very suspicious!

Regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory due to several issues. Firstly, no breakfast was provided during my stay. I understand that the hotel had been closed for more than three months, but it appears that it was reopened without proper arrangements or adequate staffing. When I approached the receptionist with inquiries, the only response I received was that they were new and did not have the necessary information. Additionally, there was no backup staff available to handle guest needs, and I was surprised to learn that only two housekeepers were managing the entire property. Furthermore, it seems that old guest reviews were not updated or removed prior to the reopening, which gives guests a misleading impression of the current services offered.

As always,myfav place to stay in melaka Love it!!! The aircond was not working during my checkin,but ive requested to change the room and the staff were very cooperative. Love them!!

A bit not clean in the window area

the carpet along the corridor was dirty and smell. The bathroom water some time hot some time not hot. water too small for bathing.

Love the location of this hotel as it is located next to Melaka river and easy access to the tourist attraction i.e. Samudera Museum, Malacca Riverside (next to Hotel), Jonker Walk, Cendol Kg Hulu (just a few steps away), Muara Sungai Ikan Bakar and if you walk a little bit more you may reach to Menara A'Famosa, Menara Taming Sari, Dahtaran Pahlawan Mall & Mahkota Parade Mall. I did request to have a riverside view room did not get the full view of the river since most of the rooms has been booked. The lobby's decoration is simple and not too crowded. Did not choose the breakfast package so now sure how the food taste like. Basic amenities provided i.e. shower cream, soap, shower cap & sanitary bag. Main reason choosing this hotel is because of the location. Water heater not functioning well which is no hot water at all. Iron board is located at the other side of room which is open for those who want to iron their clothes. No refrigerator inside the room. The carpet along the walkway to the room is quite gloomy. Water filter is located in front of elevator. Due to stunning view of Melaka Riverside next to this hotel, other unpleasant thing is excusable.

I love the river view, also the sea view from the far.. and the ship. The location also very strategic and easy to get food. Beside hotel there have a food stalls and nice to lepak there. Just walking distance to uptown pasar bundle. Furniture and carpet quite old but that not a big deal. Just ok. Bed ok toilet ok tv ok.. overall ok

The location is good and convenient to reach to many tourists spots nearby. The room is spacious The bedsheets.are stained with foot marks and dusty The toilet floor not clean Toiletries are limited.

No lift from the car park to the lobby hotel

1.No electric kettle in the room..but was stated with electric kettle at the booking.com. 2.the blanket and bed sheet was too old..muzium old.! 3.room was smelly
