The cleanliness as this is already my 3rd time staying here since year 2019.... Could hear the team start cleaning at 930am for other rooms, could have ensure all guest to check out first only or use lower volume vacuum...

A very unique place to stay. The design is interesting and has its character (I love the concept of 'room names'). Comes with private car park, free basic refreshments, and a rooftop terrace that is nice to hang out. The room comes with a nice desk setup that could appeal to remote workers. The place is clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. It's also walkable to A Famosa.

It was extremely clean and cozy. The pantry downstairs was a neat idea. Having to take off shoes at main door but not a big deal. Own transport as away from town center.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Nice room and comfy beds. Airco and fan worked well. There's a kitchenette you can use with complimentary water, tea, coffee and snacks. The accoustic in the hotel is not the best so when other guests make a lot of noice, you hear it very well.

I don't remember not liking anything!!

Breakfast not provided but there was a pantry w free snacks n beverages . Convenient location - many eateries within walking distance No lift -an issue more because we r seniors n tiring to climb all the way up to the 3rd level.( especially after a many hours of walking ). Just to clarify - is a security deposit required. ? One guest paid more, one less n another didn’t have to put a deposit at all.

Decor very individual , smart & clean . Although classified as hotel came across more as a hostel with an itemised inventory of items in room and cost if needed to be replaced . Once booked in very little staff interaction . Shoes off on entering , no handrail on stairs .

really friendly staff they helped us with sooo many things! :) room is bright and big, nice rooftop for apero / snacks, some free snacks in hotel, cute cat :), not in the "old-center" but within walking distance. close is a nice breakfast kaya-spot.

Well kept, clean and lovely interior with plants and photo frames. Home away from home. Staff friendly and helpful. Extra reading light in the bedroom will be great. Too dark to read at night. New bedsheets, pillows and quilt will make a big difference to the comfort level.

I like the theme and style of this hotel. I also support their practice of environmental sustainability. I also adore their cute, well mannered cat. I am not satisfied with finding ants nesting in my room's toilet.

Location is fairly central and easily accessible to most places of my interest. Condition of bathroom fittings and water pressure.

A very nice stay. Really good location, nice room, good bathroom, clean, really nice people working there. The only thing we thought was a little strange, was the fact that there was no room in the bathroom but just like some mesh. During the night we heard some noise because of this.

The room was comfortable and large. Well appointed and suitably furnished. On site parking was a bonus. You can also help yourself to the simple snacks provided at the lobby It wasn't a problem for us but do note that there's no lift. And not too sure what was wrong but the day we went, the hot water wasn't working well.

Every member of staff was very helpful and went beyond to ensure stay was great. Rooms were great and location was perfect. Would definitely recommend. Nothing bad to say
