Location close to the center. Nice rooftop swimming pool. Surroundings not so nice in the street.

Facilities

The staff are friendly, flexible and helpful. They are considered for elderly couple. We booked the Treasure suite for my parents and it has enough space for 8 of us to just sit and gather. The room also has balcony and direct access to the pool which was very nice for my young kids. One only tiny ask is that the living room at the treasure suite to have better lighting for the elderly. It is still a lovely room. The aircond in the main room for the treasure suite wasn't working well. We didn't check with room service, as we started using the the aircond from the living room, which is still fine. I am already happy with the room, just some minor tweaks.

Loved the place. We stayed as a family of four. The whole place has such a wonderful feel. Great location. Love the comfortable floor beds and the room facilities. Staff were friendly. The rooftop pool was perfect for winding down after a long day exploring. The courtyard and koi pool is beautiful. The children enjoyed feeding the fish. Reception staff were friendly. Such a serene place full of character. We didn’t really avail of the breakfast. It wasn’t particular appetising and more tea/coffee options would have been useful as only caffeinated options. It wasn’t a deal breaker as we ate elsewhere. My husband might grab a coffee at the hotel and the kids a slice of watermelon then we would head off.

It is quiet, the rooms are spacious and the roof top pool is long and clean with a nice sitting area. The staff were most helpful! The location is a twenty minute walk from the town centre. It is in Little India which is fun but the walk can be tiring in the midday heat.

Good location in walking distance to old town. Stylish character. Mosquitoes. Breakfast choice limited. No green tea, and lukewarm water for own tea provided. Coffee, probably need to order separately?

Very comfortable room, enjoyed the coffee machine for morning latte vs instant coffee. The pool and greenery area is beautiful. Breakfast was good. Didn’t realize you could order a latte or cappuccino from the bar, they had put out regular coffee. A sign would be helpful to let guests know. Location to Jonker Walk is great, a short walk (~10 min), and we found where we could pick up the waterfront walk. All in all a really enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this boutique style hotel!

Conveniently located, well within walking distance of Jonker area. Premises is far larger than in the photos. Ample public parking in front so that despite being allocated a parking space at the back, we ended up parking in front since it’s free on a public holiday. Lovely courtyard, dining & lounge areas for relaxing. Could hear neighbours stomping around at night. The room would have felt more comfortable lit with warm white downlights instead of cold white. Windows should have sheers in addition to blackout roller blinds.

I love the fact that they have coffee machine in the room which very unusual to see in a hotel room. Also I love details design for this hotel which include all the cultural malacca related. Pretty decent and intimate breakfast

Quaint boutique hotel with character. The lobby was nice to chill out with good music and free flow water. The room was clean and of good size. The bathroom was big and had a good shower! Breakfast (in a really nice courtyard) was decent, although with Malacca, u should venture out to try the authentic local breakfast. Parking was safe and convenient, located right behind the hotel and access to lobby. Nothing much!

Very helpful staff. Front desk and particularly woman in charge of the food service. Staff give it their all!

Big nice toilet. Friendly staff. Smelly room. The room where I stayed smelt of sewage and drain. We need to open the widow to let that smell out but it kept coming back.

Excellent location, a lot to do in a walking distance. The bedroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The four of us slept so well. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was simple, replenishent of menu items was slow, but they were replenished. Room was great. Pool was good, an infinity pool. Nothing.
