Overall the grounds are very good! Attentive staff. Bathroom was relative clean but shower was a big problem! sudsy water would have a hard time draining. Bar soap at bathroom sink ran out ran out but never refilled, ended up using kitchen sink liquid soap. Aside from bathroom tissue there is NO other paper product(facial/hand) in the room! Am I expecting too much? not sure! But the price would dictate otherwise..

Very clean, modern, room had everything we needed for the night. Address on the booking page sent us to wrong hotel. After clicking show me to the destination it showed the right address.

Pool area Air con leaked a lot of water. None of the bedside lights worked

What an exceptional place this is! Spotlessly clean, friendly people and a lovely quiet 10 minute walk down to the pebbly beach. We’d come again no problem. Nothing to complain about.

Lovely local hotel but close to other towns and the big city of Chania (all easily accessible by bus). Small and friendly and the staff are lovely. Easy to get a sunbed by the pool and such a relaxing holiday. Nothing not to like. We've stayed here twice and will come back again.

We had a wonderful holiday. Everyone was really helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. The room was spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay again. The bed was really comfortable except the 2 singles weren’t attached together to make a large double which meant that they moved apart but didn’t spoil our stay.
