Perfect location as it is nearby everywhere i.e. supermarkets, city centre, beach. Quentin the owner had provided Excellent Service, he was super friendly and helpful who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay.

It was the second year when we stayed here and the third for my daughter during Cannes Film Festival. Quentin and his wife are very friendly hosts, you can pay at the location by card. The conditions are very good for the price, the second year we had a nice and cosy apartment with a living and a kitchen and the first year a one-bed room. The location is great, 20 minutes away fron the beach, access to Cannes by bus - about 15 minutes away, or by train, the train station is about 15 minutes away as well. When returning with the night bus from Cannes the station is right on the other side of the motel. Nice, peaceful and quiet. And Mandelieu is also a very beuatiful place, with an old castle, great sights

Location, owner was very friendly, family owned, good size appartement. Owner said he would look into airco ( without me saying anything about it). Price was good for location (Cote d'Azur in summer) but objectively to high for what you get. Almost no internet, no wifi or 4g reception in appartement. No couch to sit on in appartment, very hard matrass and no airco and because of that very very hot

The location was excellent with plenty of parking. The staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable with good en suite bathroom with shower. Good outside seating area and close enough to walk to the sea front. Very hot and no air con but i would still stay there again. Gravel around the hotel was a little deep and a bit of a hazard for motorbikes or scooters but we had no issue by taking a bit of care.
