The location is great and near to the harbor. The hotel has nice view on the beach, but there’s no area for swimming on the beach. You can swim in the near beach walking around 5 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast is good and has variety of options. The staff is the restaurent are friendly and welcoming. It’s very quite place and small hotel with few guests. The building itself is old, the towels and very old and worn.

Very luxurious. Beautiful gardens and interiors. Comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need plus more. Very private. The decor was stunning, a mix of modern and traditional. Food was amazing and the view whilst dining was 10/10. Value for money. Nothing

The staff was superb in helping us with last-minute plans. We were so comfortable we would go back to Sengiggi just for the hotel.

Loved our room and personal plunge pool, outdoor area with lots of seating choices in a private setting. Everything was clean and comfortable The staff are friendly and helpful and quick to get whatever we wanted. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices. The restaurant is on the water with beautiful sunsets and amazing views of the bay. A big pool right there too. Nothing

The property was immaculate. I loved the small size of it. Perfect. Nearest beach is not very nice but that is more a Lombok garbage problem.

Very nice facilities Need a motorbike, something’s are walkable but not a lot. Wish they had snorkeling gear at the property.

A smaller, more intimate property with beautiful and spacious villas. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The charcuterie board that we ordered on our first day was questionable (it looked like very processed meats and cheeses), but they made up for it after that meal. It would also be nice if they provided body lotion and hair conditioner, but for the reasonable nightly price, I can’t be too picky!

I would call it a "boutique" hotel, as it only has 13 villas/rooms, and is situated on a narrow lot. The villas are tightly packed, but private and quiet. The private pool is a perfect size for actual swimming, with plenty of places to lounge poolside. The location is central, making it easy to visit most tourist sites. Great sunset views, with Mount Agung on Bali on the horizon. We even saw a couple of sea turtles swimming in the shallows. Friendly staff makes it even better. Cigarette smoking should never be allowed in spaces where people eat! No true beach on the property.

The villa, location, and the view Nothing But I would suggest the front office staffs could be more helpful with luggages from and to taxi. The drivers mostly do the work, without any help

Everything was amazing. From the food, the staff, the amenities and the room. Can’t complain. It was so quite and relaxing I would have stayed for another month. The menu for breakfast was a bit hard to understand. Maybe a bit more vegan option

The beautiful villas and gardens were a delight but the staff made the whole experience 10/10.. Everyone was so genuinelly friendly and helpful. Gave us fab recommendations of which beach to go to to see turtles..I saw alone with 4 ??❤️❤️❤️❤️..the food and cocktails in their dining area overlooking a lapping ocean..heaven on Earth

Everything at Jeeva Santai we found exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The resort was tranquil in a serene setting. The breakfast was exceptional and generous. We had a wonderful stay and in hindsight would have like to stay longer. Highly recommended. Nothing
