Need a facelift. Kitchen cabinets and bathrooms need to renovate. Very run down. Staff were good. The first room we checked in had a serious sewage problem.

Rooms are spacious. Food is only catered to Asian. No western food or vegetarian option available. The quality of the bread and other breads are not so good.

Clean, spacious and comfortable, lovely grounds and pools. Restaurant right on the seafront with great views of sunset. Good food, good choice of breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Not a huge amount within walking distance.

We have been upgraded to a pool Location rooms. Second pool was very nice, relaxing and staff was great. Lovely sunsets, beach was nice but nothing special. Rooms dark, on a small side. Basic breakfast with stale pastries. Shower extras like shower gel and shampoo very basic. Not enough of beach towels and pool chairs.

Very warm people! Nice food! Good service! Spa & massage services were very good after Rinjani hike! Wifi in the suite was not good! Having to cross the road to get from Suite to Main Lobby & restaurant.
