Sudamala Resort, Senggigi

Friendly staff. Amazing sunset views. Delicious food. Clean and spacious room. A water dispenser unit should be a basic amenity in a resort like this. Having to call reception just to get water refill is frustrating. We ultimately decided to buy bottles from a nearby shop to get by.

The beach is right there and it was enjoyable to go into the water. Then rinse off at their outdoor shower before plunging into the pool.The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the lights in the main room would not turn on when we woke up. We called the front desk and a maintenance person came right away, then left to retrieve something but we went to breakfast so we locked the door. If he returned, he most likely didn't want to be there without us. We were checking out of the room so we don't know how long it took to fix the issue. Breakfast is la carte, but my husband ordered a special of 2 over easy eggs and a pancake and they accommodated him. There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

My partner and I stayed in the hotel for 2 days and we wish we could had stayed more! The staff was extremely friendly and professional! The food in their restaurant was excellent 5 stars! The rooms were very comfy, and all the facilities were great. The swimming pool area is awesome with a perfect view to enjoy sunset! We also enjoyed their spa with great massages! Definitely recommend!

The ambiance of the whole complex was perfect. Hindu and Islam cultures merged in harmony. The rooms well maintained and the gardens manicured.All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool was clean and big enough to swim in and the beach bar was set up to watch the sunsets. The only downside was the limited area to take a walk. When the tide is in the beach is gone, It is not very safe to walk along the road as there are no pavements. On one morning the volume and length of morning prayers was excessive at 5am. Rather intrusive. There is mention of this at the hotel and generally this is very much part of the experience.

The room was great and the quiet beach made it easy to unwind. The ocean views were amazing, and the food and drink options were excellent. The staff were friendly and made the stay even better.

The customer service

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel had beautifully maintained grounds and a great pool with a lovely view! Plus, the hotel was right on a beautiful beach. At breakfast, you could choose from the menu, and the food was delicious. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. The location was good as well. Some of the downsides included the fact that the bathroom had an open hole on one side, which made it quite warm in there. There were also quite a few ants in the bathroom and the room. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very good either and kept cutting out. The beds were already quite worn out. It was near a mosque, so it got very loud at night. Also, other guests received a welcome drink, but we weren’t even offered one.

The staff were all amazingly friendly and accommodating. It was a beautiful property in a lovely ocean side location. The variety of wonderful breakfast options was also great. Nearby activities are a bit limited. Also the cost of alcoholic drinks was expensive, even during the advertised happy hour.

The personalized service from check in to departure was excellent. Facilities were beautiful and well maintained and the restaurant and bar served excellent food and beverages. Staff were kind and attentive and the view was superb!

Perfect location, excellent room and amazing staff. surfed most days - Jos, just on the edge of the resort had a decent board to hire for a bout $20. We had a thoroughly relaxing trime. Leaving!

Our room had a sea view; it was beautiful and very relaxing. Listening to the sound of the waves every day was the only thing I really enjoyed. 1. The air conditioner has a problem; sometimes it doesn't work properly. They've come to repair it five or six times, but it still isn't working. We had to move to another room to sleep for one night, but it still wasn't fixed the next day. I don't understand what's going on, but the technicians were very friendly. 2. One day after they helped me changed the sheets, there were fleas everywhere. I think it was on the bed, I was bitten all over, including my face, but all they did was change the sheets again the next day? 3. The toilets were infested with mosquitoes that couldn't be removed, and the smell was terrible. However, some of the cleaning staff were very friendly. Because the price was really high, I stayed for a long time, almost 2 weeks, I liked this place, but I felt the service wasn't that great, so I was actually feel really disappointed. However, the food was really delicious; I enjoyed breakfast everyday!!

Everything was so perfect, making us very happy and felling like a real vacation. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The room we stayed was 228, which is a dream room for a vacation. The breakfast was very delicious. The happy hours real made us very happy. Unfortunately, during our stay, the wind was a little strong. However, surfing lovers would love this type of wave.

Beautiful rather small hotel, which is exactly what we wished for. Not busy or touristy, but very intimate and personal. The restaurant was exceptional and food delicious. You could see how much love and dedication went into every plate. The beach didn't impress or wasn't as inviting, but we enjoyed having dinner and listening to the waves crashing. The sunsets are beautiful though!

Beautiful grounds and gardens, from reception to the beach. Very comfortable, quiet, perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The pool is great to watch the sunset from. The staff goes above and beyond to meet every need you might have. The water pressure in the shower was not great. Restaurant is good, but a bit pricey.

The hotel is beautifully situated in the seaside and you can enjoy the view from the restaurant,it’s also an excellent place to watch the sunset.All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good. Nothing
