Location and view to Bali’s Volcano. Infinity pool. Excellent breakfast next to the ocean. Good valie for your money. The facilities are a bit outdated which also has some glamour. Senggigi is a bunch of resorts spread along the road, not a real city center.

This was my second visit, and I returned with a larger group of friends to experience the Presidential Suite. Overall, it was a great stay. The suite was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, cheerful, and supportive throughout our stay. They were also very responsive and accommodating in fulfilling our room service requests, which we truly appreciated. Plus, kids-friendly resort. Nothing major, but there are a few areas for improvement. Some of the interiors feel a bit dated, particularly the wooden furnishings, which could benefit from refurbishment and better upkeep. The water pressure in some rooms was inconsistent, and it would be helpful to have more hanging space or racks in the bathroom for wet clothes and towels.

Our room was right next to the restaurant, the bathroom had a ventilation hole to the kitchen so the whole room smelled on food, and we heard every noise from the restaurant. The resort was half empty, so I'm not sure why they didn't give us a better room.

Excellent beachfront property and ocean current isn’t too strong here so you can actually swim in the water. The villa was well maintained. The restaurant had a wide range of affordable and delicious options. Loved all the statues and traditional Indonesian art, design and artifacts. Great info packet for guests on history of resort, things to do and how to get service/support during stay. Good spa. Free convenient parking. Good value for accommodations. We stayed 2 days and will definitely return for more in the future. Security at front gate was a bit too zealous — made us feel a bit uncomfortable momentarily when we were guests on the property and had local friends & family visit for a meal. Yet they didn’t apply same strict protocols on beach entry so vendors can be a problem while you’re trying to eat or enjoy their gorgeous infinity pool. But these were minor inconveniences and overall we loved our stay at Puri Mas and highly recommend.

I loved my stay here. The staff was so nice and good to us. It's a little bit older place but I actually liked that about it. It felt like being transported back in time to SE Asia in the 1960s. The pool and view of Agung on Bali was amazing. Everything was good. Only thing was the yoga, which was canceled after we were transported there. It was not a big deal, though.

Perfect private villa for honeymooners and couples. Great on site F&B service (pizza,french fries, evening seafood) . Their pool is amazing with a direct view to Mount Agung in Bali. Direct access to the sea. The resort has a private yoga and relax garden as well. Nothing

The room was great as they gave us an u[grade to a Jacuzzi suite for 5 days. Great space and luxury. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely. Grounds attractive and pool was fab. Along the road a ta were many warungs and small or resort restaurants and bars to choose from for a variety of experiences.

I loved everything about this property! The rooms are clean and well-designed. The property is gorgeous. The shared pool is beautiful, and the private pools in the Villas are clean and well-maintained. The landscape staff does a wonderful job making all of the gardens look perfect. The location is ideal. Very Peaceful and relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful, and want you to enjoy yourself. I loved it! I loved everything about my stay here!

Location was a bit hard to get transportation especially using apps and the price is higher then the rest of Lombok The location and the fact there is no nearby brach fir swiming

Puri Mas was such a unique, authentic place. Being there felt very special. Our villa was fantastic, and having a private pool was priceless. The room & bed was super comfy and super big villa! Lots of character. Watching the sunset from the pool was amazing. Lovely staff, especially Jae. Made us feel so special. The restaurant had a great selection, but the food was remarkably tasteless. That was a bit disappointing.
