Nothing Everything Dear Booking.com Team, I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel and feel obligated to share my concerns. 1. Reception and Customer Service The reception staff demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. They were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and showed no willingness to assist guests. Upon my arrival, I waited outside the hotel entrance for approximately 15 minutes carrying my luggage. When I requested assistance, the receptionist did not leave her desk or offer any help. She simply told me from a distance, “The staff member will come, please wait.” This was an extremely poor first impression and far below the standard expected from a hotel listed on Booking.com. 2. Lack of Honesty Regarding the Reserved Room I booked a Deluxe Double Room. At approximately 2:30 PM, I requested check-in and was given a room key. However, when I entered the room, I discovered that it was actually a small single room with no window and a window-type air conditioner, completely different from the room shown and described in my reservation. I refused to accept the room and informed the receptionist. Only then did she admit that the room category I had reserved was not currently available. She explained that a similar room was available but still needed cleaning and that I would have to wait another 30 minutes. Ultimately, because the room I had booked over a month earlier was unavailable, I was pressured into accepting the alternative room they offered. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The window air conditioner was positioned directly facing the bed, and its air-direction louvers were broken, making the room very uncomfortable. I would also like to note that while I was waiting, another guest requested an upgrade to a room similar to the one I had originally reserved. The hotel informed him that he could obtain that room category by paying an additional 1,000 PHP per night.

Close to everything I was looking for. Food, shopping, night life. My key card wasn’t working in the power holder properly. Shower head angle was not good for my tall frame.
-
Room was large enough, and more importantly clean. Room could use a mirror, wall plugs closer to the bed but i guess that explains why there aren’t any bed lamps either.

Location and parking. Headboard made of cushion smells like regret. Disgusting, smells like it has not been washed since they opened. Visible stains too.

The works just fine. I didn’t like how the restaurant staff treated me. The staff member did not allow me to eat my breakfast just because they were preparing for an event, even though the breakfast hours were not over yet. He rudely told me, “No, you can’t eat anymore because we have an event coming.” Because of this, I walked out of the restaurant and asked for a refund for my breakfast. The room has no windows and is very dark. There are only two lights, and the ceiling paint is badly peeling.
