Actually had a good stay and the room service was amazing too

Staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. I asked to change room as it was by the street and too loud, and they gave me a different room. Good location. The rooms weren't good. No soundproofing, ac too loud, beds not very comfortable, and bed sheets/pillow covers old with marks that probably don't go away. Small space. Bathroom and toilet so tiny that you literally have to shower over the toilet... On top of that, the gym they had on the facility list, was no more, so I got to cancel my booking after my first night.

The room was cozily designed, modern and comfortable. Close to BGC. It really would not cost anything for the hotel and it would help the guests a lot if we could leave the baggage for a few hours with the reception after check-out.

The location is very busy but easy to find. The bathroom is small. Not enough toiletries, and quite dirty.

Cheap for just overnight stay Woke us up at 8am when we clearly said we want to sleep in and will wake up at 10am

Near the airport, good to stay for a night if you want to stay near the airport. Small compact bathroom. Not for claustrophobics. No facilities like pool. Do not expect 5* standards.
