The location not so much we're the hotel is but the immediate surrounding of the hotel I wish it was cleaner

No bottle water in the room. No coffee no free toothbrush. You had to pay for everything.

The staff were very helpful and the facilities were excellent. The surroundings were not very keen on sanitation.

The room wasn’t cleaned even you hanged the sign on door.

Our towels had a foul mildew smell. Asked for new ones that also had an off smell. Received ones freshly cleaned that were ok. Was charged 150 pesos for “extra towels” just wanted towels that didn’t stink.

Clean room and very close for a consular interview. It's also close to SLEC, not at walking distance but if you are choosing between this Hotel and Paragon, it's not even close. Choose this one.

It's not easy to adjust the settings of my airconditioning unit in my room. I woke up several times at night because the aircon it suddenly turned off.
