Very nice hotel! Great part of town! Clean, friendly staff, easy to access from the main drag of Manitou Springs. It has a river/stream that runs behind it & over that is a playground, pickleball courts & a walking trail. We enjoyed ourselves very much here & would return for sure!

Clean room and hotel. Enjoyed the pool and whirlpool.

Our room was huge. I loved the extra space of the room not seen in other hotels. Very clean & well taken care of. The only problem I had was there was no hair dryer in the room. Probably just an oversight on their part. But overall a real great stay. Thank you.

Very helpful and personal front desk staff. Shout out to Christian who worked with us so we could check in early. Great breakfast and great staff.

Staff was great. Got an early check by joining Hotel rewards. Shuttle picks up close by to take you to manitou springs downtown and pikes peak cog rail/manitou incline. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely would recommend staying here. Also 1/2 mile from Garden of the Gods trading post and southern portion of that park.

We stayed 3 nights this past weekend until Monday in early August 2026. Everything was fine the first night but the second night our in room hotel phone was ringing at 3am. I have to say at the very least this is unacceptable that staff would allow a person not staying in the hotel to just call a room at 3am, once again 3am, not 3pm but 3am, without verifying the room number and name of the guest. When I asked the person at front desk he just blew it off saying someone was looking for a friend. Tell me something who would be meeting someone at 3am, and calling into a random room that they didn’t know if it was the correct room. This to me is complete violation of security what if they had allowed the person up inside the room? I don’t think this hotel takes guests security seriously.

This place is fantastic! We had the suite that exceeded our expectations for our family of 7. Definitely would recommend for traveling large families like ours.

My wife and I have stayed in a number of hotels and rental houses in Manitou Springs and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites was by far the nicest. The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable with a large amount of counter space. The amenities are great: Large indoor pool and hot tub, nice workout facility and a fantastic hot buffet breakfast every morning. Good location; just a mile from downtown. This place will be our new home away from home whenever we visit Manitou Springs.
