There was bird poop everywhere around 15 nests and piles of poop under each one including in front of the room doors. Breakfast was complicated, take a voucher to a restaurant, and go to a specific section with few options that were not great. The front desk in only manned 8am to 4pm outside those hours it’s a strange telecom device. Also the guy in front of us was given a key to an occupied room, so not cool. The actual room itself was okay no complaints.

Very good
-
Front desk was supernocrand helpful. My room on the other hand was terrible. It wasnt dirty. Just everything was broken. My door jam was so warped that every time I would leave my room' if I wanted back in I had to go to the front desk and have them open it for me. The continental breakfast was very impressive.
-
Large room was more than we expected. Will return here next year.
-
Not a bad place to stay for a budget friendly location. Breakfast is reasonable and location is perfect for access to Manitou Springs. Walking distance to the Dillon station for free Metro bus to Manitou Springs/pikes Peak/incline.

green astro turf. Outdoors was littered with trash.
-
Location was good Breakfast, they were out of stuff every morning.
-
The room was large and very clean. Hotel was close to man venues
-
Location to Manitou and Garden of the Gods was great. Lots to do nearby the property Beds were freshly made but covered in hair. Screws/nails sticking out of TV stand were sharp and very hazardous. Office closed at 4pm when check in was at 3pm. Huge gap under door let in noise, smells, and weather
-
Room was nice. The kiosk check in was horrible. I was kept waiting 30 minutes. Could not understand the clerk.
-
Breakfast was great. Bed was good. Using the kiosk for a 6pm check in. Feel like someone should been there until 8pm.
-
The rep on the system is al says available. It was a video system. I don’t know where he was sitting but someone was always there. The breakfast was okay but limited.
-
The property itself was located in a great spot and the rooms were very clean. We arrived late in the night and found that there was no one at the front desk, instead they have a kiosk that you must use to check in with, and the kiosk has a virtual person performing the check in. They gave us an already occupied room, which wasn’t great. Went back and got another room and everything was good thereafter.
-
The floor in the room, while looked clean, after walking on it left the bottom's of our socks black.
-
Location Asked for towels twice and didn’t get any
-
Clean room, very impersonal staff, fair breakfast
-
The location is nice. The front desk closes at 4:00 pm. Entire check in process was done over video camera to someone remotely. It was extremely lengthy and took awhile to understand the person on the other side. Half the time the person was muted. The key fobs had to be done via self programming.
