Very nice, clean hotel!! It’s about a mile from the downtown area. It has two floors, but they have an elevator. We were surprised it wasn’t more crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

The “balcony’ that I paid extra for with a view barely had enough room to stand on. I would not pay the extra for balcony as it is not viable for anything other than standing on it…. Location is good. Easy to get to. I would recommend if you are looking for clean but not high end prices. You get what you pay for and this was not bad.

We had bugs in our beds. We showed the staff the videos of them, and they said that we had to file a dispute through the app we booked the hotel. So here we are. I have videos

The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Important note - if you are in york enjoying a late night - you cannot use the main door.

It is an excellent hotel for the price. The staff was courteous and attentive to all our questions. The wifi could be better.

Truly, for the price, we were disappointed.

The manager, Steve, was friendly and helpful. There was a mistake with the charges for our rooms and I received a credit adjustment in a few days after checking out. The AC unit in our room was either running continuously or completely off. It would not cycle on and off to maintain a comfortable temperature.

This was a nice property. The staff were helpful, the rooms and shared areas were very clean. Teddy bear in the lobby and the gnomes in the breakfast area added a nice touch. The pool / hot tub area being open until 11 helped us out A LOT. We needed that! The breakfast attendant was super nice and efficient and the breakfast itself was really good! Thanks for the great stay! Keep it up!

The property is easy to access and located with easy access to main roads. Staff was very helpful with locations of parks and local points of interest. Amenities like the pool and fitness room are in good shape. The breakfast was good quality and well maintained daily.

We had the suite which had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also a living area, full kitchen and dining table. It was perfect for our family. Grandsons enjoyed the pool after exploring each day. The hotel was in a perfect location for all the places we visited. Breakfast was your typical hotel free breakfast but was enough to start the day. Would highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.
