The property have an outstanding location, easy to find easy to drive in and out close to basically everything from grocery stores to coffee, shops, and other attractions and locations. The exterior maintenance of the property is not the best. It is clear that the maintenance personnel is either not there, or locking in their work.

Everything was wonderful! It was clean, quite, and great location. On our 2nd day my grandkids 8 and 9 had already asked if we can come back again

Loved that it was family friendly Traffic?

Close to many things in Colorado Springs. And the property had a few things to help entertain the kids(pool, horseshoes, etc) when we weren’t out and about. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and made a lot of noise when barely touched. The pool had a lot of leaves, bugs, and or sticks in it.

Our favorite place to stay this in CO so far! The pool is the best, the location can't be beat, and the cabin fit our needs perfectly. Can't really think of anything. Communication between management and campers met all needs.

A little sparse on the chairs and only a high table with stools in our GS1 unit.

The only saving grace was their 1 working pool and the fact that we could do laundry. We got there and upon driving to our cabin we found it was being worked on. After about an hour of waiting (after or check in) we were told they could not fix the plumbing and was offered a 50% discount to stay and use the community facility. We agreed as it had been a long day of travel. After the first night I realized we weren’t even in the cabin we had booked so I approached the staff and they confirmed the cabin we booked was given to the people who booked the cabin with broken plumbing so we were NOT happy with this. The cabin we were in stank, had an ant infestation and we requested dish soap to hand wash dishes and we never received it. Would not recommend

It's a little bit disappointing since we're unable to connect with their wifi, the toiletries we're not enough for the whole group too upon arrival.

excellent location of the house with a beautiful view. a family of deer walked on the territory. the house is cozy and clean when you turn on the heating in the bedroom it is very hot, and in other rooms it is cool. it is difficult to adjust a comfortable temperature. When we moved in, the hot water did not work, but the staff quickly helped and fixed it. on the last day the toilet stopped working, we were given a key to another house, where we could use the toilet. it was not very comfortable to go outside on a cold day to get to the toilet

Dissapointed

Location was extremely convenient. Very close to Downtown Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. The staff was very nice and the cabin we rented was adorable. Very clean and well equipped. Everything was great!

It was clean and I felt safe. Shared bathroom was disclosed upfront, but it was really, really far and awful when you have to go in the night. Arrived at 3:30. It was hard to find our unit in the daylight. Probably couldn’t of in the dark. Left a voicemail and never did get a call back. When we turned the keys in the next morning, she said she forgot to put heaters out. Temperatures severely dropped and heavy rains. Saw people packing up and leaving in the night. We put on almost every layer of clothing to stay warm. Mattresses are awful! We received one extremely lightweight blanket and no top sheet. Property is up against a Moose Lodge that had a band playing heavy metal till 10 PM. Rarely do I say negative things about properties we rent, but this was barely a level above prison cell.

location, amenities were good, had a nice looking pool area but we did not stay around to enjoy the outside. the bathroom was nice. The mattress was hard to sleep well on. The pillows not very comfortable. The air-conditioning could have been cleaned and sealed. The tv came only itself several times.
