The bed was very comfortable. Clean room. Very safe feel.

The location was perfect, the owners were incredibly nice and accomodating, the value was exceptional and the hotel was awesome.

Clean basic motel with mini fridge and microwave, just what I needed Bathroom door does not shut completely, which is not an issue if you stay by yourself. The room and the bathroom may need remodeling since they look really old and dated (it’s clean though).

This place is a gem! The owners could not be any nicer! The views of the mountains are spectacular. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it was clean and looked inviting. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I think people complained about the noise of the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Yes, the fan was noisy, but it worked and we were happy to have one. So many places don't have exhaust fans in the bathroom anymore! We didn't need it, but there is also a heating fan in the bathroom, which would be great in the winter! The location of this place is perfect! It is literally around the corner from both Garden of the Gods and the off site parking for the cograilway. I wish we had more to spend there and I recommend it 100%. BONUS - the coffee is delicious! Nothing.

Location was wonderful and scenic and safe. The toilet was very low to the ground,and bed mattress could be more comfortable.

Between the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the owners, this place is the best.

Exactly what I needed - a no-frills base camp in an ideal location to access Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs activities. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Floor stain and shower heater didn't work

Only 1 thing, the loud vent fan in the bathroom. But we got use to it. Really it's needed in room of that size. More places should have a strong vent fan like this.

Friendly staff and clean

The hosts were certainly great to work with. Our room was very clean and had everything needed for a 5 night stay. The location is close to so many walking trails, stores, and restaurants. Can't think of anything that needs to be changed.
