Very clean, friendly staff and quiet.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Coffee and packaged breakfast items available in the morning. Extremely convenient location for lots of activities like the Cog Train, Garden of the Gods, and downtown Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City.

The managers were great. Had a great time in the pool. Would definitely book again. Nothing everything was great.

The location was great! The staff was very welcoming and everything was impeccably clean. It had a musty smell that was quite overpowering.
-
I like the location, and the owner was very helpful. It was good.

This little inn was comfortable. The owner was pleasant and professional. The front office was adorned with an array of beautiful plants that were obviously loved and cared for. The room was fine with a small refrigerator, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. This spot was perfect for an overnight stay. If we had been here longer, the smallness of the room, its slightly cluttered feel, and no place to park our luggage would have made it uncomfortable for us.

The parking was precarious and awkward.

Great area, the pool was definately enjoyable. I'd stay here again The room was pretty run down, however, we had a dog with us, so im sure that factored into which room we were givin.

Paul was very accommodating in answering all my questions. Thanks Ed Nothing to report.

The people here were very nice and always helpful. The pool was well maintained and they even had toys for there guests to while they were there. They are pet friendly and the deposit was no were near other hotels deposit to let my fur baby stay with us. My dog goes everywhere with us and sometimes it is difficult to stay somewhere when they want a 200 deposit. It was quiet and peacful there, close to the mountains and Manitou Springs very beiatiful area. The only thing that was difficult was the parking in the back it was a one way and they had the go through blocked off so you had to always maneuver in a kinda small area to get out. Other than that everything was perfect for us!

Loved our room, king bed, cute little kitchen ❤️ Bed was so comfortable! Loved we were close to the office, had our own parking spot, right outside our door! My husband's pillows were a little uncomfortable for him, too soft maybe? Also I was woken up after 3am, with something crawling on my face, turns out it was a pretty good size spider ️, thought I killed it, well I did, but my husband found another one crawling on the headboard in the morning!

The motel is in an excellent location for sightseeing. Although older, the property is well maintained and the room updated and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pre-packaged snack cakes and they didn't have decaf coffee or tea either in the room or at breakfast. I also didn't see any juice for breakfast.
-
The room was dated but kept very clean! We walked into Manitou Springs from the hotel along a creek.

Charming old school motel with an awesome outdoor pool Breakfast could have a few more healthy options not just sweets
