Hotel was very convenient to many attractions including Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods. Clean and quiet place with friendly staff.

Great night stay. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. Nice and clean in the hotel and the rooms were excellent. We really appreciate the staff being helpful along with the Manager...he was really really friendly. Suggestion would be maybe serve some juice for breakfast..all they had was water, coffee and milk. Still delicious breakfast though. Thank you for a great visit.

We stayed Monday through Friday and every day we put the maid service sign on the door for towels and the dirty towels were not collected any of those days. We had to get clean towels from reception which wasn’t a big deal. The hotel itself is in a great location to Manitou Springs town and attractions.

We had a pleasant experience there the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The amenities were great for the time that we were there.

The most peaceful sleep I've ever had in a motel...was next to a a stream, and the stream sang us to seep! Desk clerk was the best!!!!!

Stayed with my daughter and found the room and property to be very clean and safe. The staff was very diligent and eager to please. The breakfast was ready in the morning and we enjoyed it before setting off on our daily adventures.

I don't like to be negative but unfortunately this time I have to. Most of our towels looked like they were not washed right, they had black spots on them so we had to ask for new ones. Our A/C didn't work, we were not offered different room and were told that if we stayed longer than one night maybe they would do something but because we were there for just one night nothing happened. Also check-in was very long and receptionist smiled and said I am just doing it slow.

Very good location. It looks even better on the inside! It wasn't until we left I realized they had an indoor pool that was my mistake. The room was very clean. The beds were made and very clean. It was a good deal for the price. Overall A rating!

Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms clean very convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. Very convenient to Garden of the Gods and cog railroad to Pikes Peak. Very good hotel for the reasonable price
