Our door lock wouldn't work. Asked staff to repair or if we could change rooms. They said someone would be there shortly to fix it. No one ever came.

The location is one mile from downtown Manitou restaurants and shops, so it is walkable depending on the individual. We wished we were a little closer, but the walk was fine. Would stay here again!

Room was clean, staff was good, hot tub was accessible, but looked kinda dirty. Swimming pool was good. Did not eat breakfast there.

The staff was friendly and the location was great! The room was not very clean and smelled very musty!

Rude staff. Apparently don’t like the smell of marijuana. Everything is old and out dated. Pool was pretty decent dirty sheets towels etc

Breakfast was good for a quick start to the day. The little Metro Shuttle was not running. Not a hotel thing.

It was clean and the staff were great! We enjoyed the breakfast. The location is great too! Close to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the winds and downtown shopping.

We were in town to ride the cog railway trained to the top of pikes Peak in this location worked out great for that
