The room was really big and clean!

I loved that you could walk to manuel antonio national park. It was clean, breakfast was great. The pool was nice. It was rather pricey and difficult to find.

Location!Location!Location! Very helpful stuff Nice breakfast I was offered to take a shower even after checking out Nice local restaurants nearby One bed room and much less comfortable compared to the room with two beds but you got what you paid for.
-
Near to the National Park No hospitality. There are deep rooted issues behind the hotel management. Even through the past guests have similar issues and claims about the noise, poorly maintained facilities, the hotel remains the new guests secrets.
-
Close to the park, clean, cute, easy walk to the beach, good coffee and breakfast. Shopping nearby. Noise levels were high at night due to upstairs neighbors.
-
It was really near to the national park, and the beds were huge The wifi was really slow and the breakfast could have a bit more variety, every day it was the exact same options
-
Close to the park and the beach Noisy. No clear sign of the property. Cars parked on the walkway

Location

The staff was nice and the location was right by the park. Run down and over priced. There were literal holes in the door. And the furniture was falling apart. I did not feel safe given that the door was so broken down. Not like the pictures.

The AC wasn't too good.

Location only Horrible cleaning, black mold everywhere, insects in the dining area, outdated rooms, broken doors in the rooms, awful breakfast with dry bread and old fruits, uncomfortable beds and mattresses, humidity rooms, noise in the rooms 24/7 from the street and coffee next to the wall.

The eggs and the fruit for breakfast were OK. And the fact that you could go walking to the beach. Cleanliness: Rooms were dirty with stained bedsheets and walls. Health & Safety: The A/C was full of mold, affecting air quality. There were active leaks in the dining and waiting area from the bathrooms above. Noise: No soundproofing; neighboring' restaurant's kitchen noise (dishes/talking/music) was loud enough to prevent sleep until after 10:00 PM. Condition: Peeling floors, cracked tiles, and a neglected swimming pool. Service: Very poor customer service with an unwelcoming atmosphere. The online photos are very misleading. Only stay here if no other options near the beach are available.

Millenium Manuel Antonio is in a great location for people that are interested in visiting Manuel Antonio NP. You can quickly walk to the park and its spectacular wildlife. The beach is also within walking distance and we had several restaurants nearby for meals. The location is excellent because when the day visits to the park were done, it was quiet so we could get some great sack time. Our particular room had a balcony, so we could enjoy the early morning bird song while drinking our coffee. That we could only get 3 nights and since it was fully booked couldn't extend our stay.

The internet connection in the room was poor and unstable.

The location was near shops, market, beach, restaurants and Manual Antonio Park. Donna was very helpful with transportation and Will was wonderful at booking excursions. The path to the beach was perfect no need going on the main road. Our door knob wasn’t secure but it was only our room door that we noticed.

Location is unbeatable : 2 min. from M.A. Park & 5 min. from beach ( walking along a beach trail) and from main Tracopa bus station as well. . Most of staff is gentle , cooperative and helpful ( especially, Donna , Mariana & the 2 cleaning ladies). Room is spacious , comfortable bed and a new fridge. Breakfast is open buffet an on site. All day Free tea, coffe & water. Swimming pool is a big plus. Entire place is safe & spotless clean. 1-Shower & TV were broken, but they bought new ones on the next day on request. 2- Pool needs more attention. 3- Hot water pressure was weak. 4-My room only window was facing reception, means that curtains must be closed all time. 4- thin walls makes me hear all noises of neighbour restaurant kitchen through the w.c. BUT , all these are MINORS facing A A GREAT HOTEL VALUE.
